Joe Calzaghe
Joe Calzaghe - The BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2007 and World undefeated Super Middle-weight champion - has just come onboard as one of Aston Lloyd's newest investors.
Joe recently purchased a unit from The Colony, our development in Bogaz, Northern Cyprus, just a few metres from the beach, spas and golf courses.
Calzaghe is an experienced property investor who is increasing his international property portfolio as part of his plans for retirement from boxing next year. Aston Lloyd was chosen by Joe Calzaghe due to our unique investment model and excellent track record.
Calzaghe joins a number of investors in The Colony, some of whom would have found themselves priced out of the local property market in the midst of volatility and the ongoing credit crunch. Emerging markets such as Northern Cyprus are therefore being increasingly sought after by investors for their rapid growth and high capital returns.
